Welcome to CleanNova. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CleanNova (the "App"), a mobile application designed for iPhone users to clean photos, videos, and optimize storage space.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please uninstall and stop using the App immediately.

2. Description of Service & License

• Service Scope: The App provides suggestions for photo/video cleaning, duplicate content identification, storage optimization, and related management tools.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on supported Apple devices for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3. Special Provisions for Cleaning Services

• Permissions: To provide core functions, you must authorize the App to access your Photo Library (Photos and Videos).
• User Confirmation: All "Cleaning Suggestions," "Similar Photo Identifications," or "Optimization Plans" provided by the App are for reference only. You must manually verify and confirm before any file is deleted, compressed, or modified. You are solely responsible for the results of such actions.
• Data Irreversibility: You acknowledge that deletion operations may be irreversible. We strongly recommend backing up important media via iCloud or a computer before performing any mass cleaning operations.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscription Plans: The App offers weekly, monthly, or annual subscription options.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings anytime after purchase. All refund requests are handled by Apple.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind.

• Data Loss: We are NOT liable for any loss of photos, videos, or other data resulting from App misidentification, software bugs, system failures, or user error.
• Performance: Storage optimization results vary by user data; we do not guarantee specific space-saving goals.
• Jailbroken Devices: We are not responsible for any risks or failures arising from using the App on jailbroken or modified iOS devices.

6. Privacy & Data Security

Analysis and identification logic primarily run locally on your device. We do not upload your private media files to servers without authorization. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

7. Intellectual Property

All source code, UI designs, icons, logos, and algorithms within the App are the property of LU XU and are protected by international copyright laws.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law：These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan for the purpose of these Terms).
• Dispute Resolution：Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be settled through friendly negotiation between the parties. In the event that no settlement can be reached through such negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to the People's Court of Tianhe District, Guangzhou for litigation.
